This study examines assessment of Cyanide Levels in Garri Sold in Open Markets in Ogbete Market, Enugu. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 120 consumers in Ogbete Market, Enugu. Findings reveal that some garri samples retain cyanide above safe limits where fermentation is rushed The study recommends enforcement of food safety standards by regulatory agencies
