Broadcast English on Nigerian Television Stations

This study investigates broadcast English on Nigerian Television Stations. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 358 teachers in the study area. Findings reveal that presenters' English largely conforms to standard usage with occasional local colour The study recommends promotion of reading culture through school libraries and book clubs
