This study assesses chilled Storage Life of Fresh-Cut Vegetables in Osogbo. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 374 consumers. Findings reveal that modified packaging extends cut-vegetable freshness The study recommends enforced hygiene and cold-chain standards across food value chains
