This study assesses shelf Life of Fresh Zobo Drink Under Different Storage Conditions in Monday Market, Maiduguri. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 379 traders in Monday Market, Maiduguri. Findings reveal that refrigeration extends zobo shelf life severalfold over room storage The study recommends support for small processors to adopt improved technologies
