This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Bakery Production Planning System for industrial bakeries. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for recipes, batch scheduling, flour inventory, distribution runs and sales returns. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
