This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Medical Laboratory Result Management System for private diagnostic labs. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for test requests, sample tracking, result entry, SMS alerts and report printing. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
