This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Data Quality Scorecard Builder for quality stewards. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for quality dimensions, scoring rules, thresholds and remediation queues. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
