This project designs and implements development of a Data Sharing Agreement and Consent Register for data governance offices. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for agreement templates, consent records, use cases and audits. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
