This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a House Rent Collection and Receipt System for property managers. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for tenant ledger, payment records, e-receipts and arrears reports. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
