This project designs and implements development of an Off-Plan Sales and Instalment Collection Portal for developers selling off-plan. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for unit reservations, instalment schedules, receipts and transfer notices. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
