This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Prepaid Meter Management System for landlords and facility managers. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for meter registration, token records, consumption history and tenant billing. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
