This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a SOC Shift Log and Ticket Handover System for security operations centres. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for shift reports, open tickets, escalation notes and handover summaries. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
