This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Supplier and Procurement Management System for Construction Firms for procurement units. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for supplier register, purchase orders, delivery notes and payment tracking. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
