This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Telecom Mast Inspection Records System for telecom infrastructure firms. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for mast register, inspection checklists, photo evidence and compliance reports. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
