This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Traffic Count and Analysis System for urban transport planning units. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for manual and sensor counts, peak-hour analysis and congestion reports. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
