This project designs and implements development of a Construction Project Cost Estimation System for medium-scale building contractors. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for bill of quantities entry, rate libraries, estimate reports and approval workflow. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
