This project designs and implements development of a Headline Inflation and Sub-Index Tracker for national statistics offices. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for item baskets, sub-index calculations and headline computations. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
