This project designs and implements development of a Pothole Repair and Maintenance Workflow System for road maintenance contractors. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for pothole reports, crew assignments, material use records and completion status. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
