This project designs and implements development of an Estate Facility Maintenance Request System for facility managers. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for tenant requests, technician assignment, job tracking and feedback ratings. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
