This project designs and implements development of a Rolling Mean and Forecast Backtesting System for demand planners. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for rolling windows, forecast errors and adjustment logs. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
