This project designs and implements development of a Scheme Drawing Approval and Issue Register for water utilities. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, React. It provides modules for drawing submissions, review checklists, approvals and version control. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
