This project designs and implements development of a Soil Test Records Management System for geotechnical laboratories. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for sample logging, test results entry, certificates and client portal. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
