This project designs and implements development of an Information Literacy Quiz and Certification Portal for library user education units. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for quiz banks, attempts, scoring, certificates and analytics. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
