This project designs and implements development of an Information Literacy Quiz and Tutorial System for user education units. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for lesson modules, quizzes, scores and certificates. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
