The findings revealed that statutory reforms improved directors' duties, disclosure obligations, and accountability requirements, encouraging better governance compliance, while enforcement capacity and small company awareness limited full compliance. The study observed improved corporate reporting. It recommends stronger regulator capacity and targeted compliance support.
