This study examines effect of Laboratory Practical Work on Biology Performance in WAEC Examinations in public secondary schools in Nsukka. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 100 students in public secondary schools in Nsukka. Findings reveal that practical-rich schools outperform others in biology examinations The study recommends provision of adequate laboratories and teaching materials to schools
