This study assesses grammatical Errors in Nigerian Newspaper Headlines. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 379 residents in secondary schools. Findings reveal that concord and tense errors recur in headlines across sampled dailies The study recommends policies that balance indigenous languages with effective English instruction
