This study investigates hygiene of Palm Wine Sold at Drinking Joints in Lokoja Old Market. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 189 vendors in Lokoja Old Market. Findings reveal that dilution and unclean containers compromise palm wine quality The study recommends training of vendors and processors in hygienic practices
