This study assesses hygiene Practices Among Suya Vendors and Meat Safety in Onitsha Main Market, Anambra. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 157 vendors in Onitsha Main Market, Anambra. Findings reveal that handling practices at many suya spots expose meat to contamination The study recommends training of vendors and processors in hygienic practices
