This study assesses reuse of Frying Oil by Akara Vendors and Public Health Implications in Oja Titun Market, Osogbo. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 268 consumers in Oja Titun Market, Osogbo. Findings reveal that repeated oil reuse raises peroxide values beyond recommended limits The study recommends enforcement of food safety standards by regulatory agencies
