Investigation of Adulteration in Palm Oil Sold in Open Markets

This study assesses investigation of Adulteration in Palm Oil Sold in Open Markets. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 152 residents in Kano State. Findings reveal that a notable share of sampled palm oil is adulterated with dyes and low-grade oils The study recommends stricter enforcement of quality standards by regulatory agencies
