This study examines nutritive Value of Kunnu Drinks Sold by Hawkers in Modern Market, Makurdi. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 395 traders in Modern Market, Makurdi. Findings reveal that kunnu provides useful energy and micronutrients but varies in hygiene The study recommends support for small processors to adopt improved technologies
