This study assesses relative Clause Attachment in Learner Parsing in Maiduguri. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 217 speakers. Findings reveal that learners prefer local attachments in ambiguous clauses The study recommends descriptive study of Nigerian English for teaching materials
