This study investigates sound Lessons Using Local Musical Instruments in junior secondary schools in Uyo. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 142 principals in junior secondary schools in Uyo. Findings reveal that drums and rattles teach vibration memorably The study recommends use of activity-based and improvisation methods in science lessons
