Teacher Code-Mixing in English Language Classrooms

This study assesses teacher Code-Mixing in English Language Classrooms. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 210 teachers in the study area. Findings reveal that teachers mix codes strategically, though excessive mixing weakens English exposure The study recommends promotion of reading culture through school libraries and book clubs
