This study examines teacher Qualification and Pupils' Numeracy at Primary Level in junior secondary schools in Lokoja. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 398 principals in junior secondary schools in Lokoja. Findings reveal that trained teachers diagnose number errors better The study recommends use of activity-based and improvisation methods in science lessons
