This study assesses whistleblowing Effectiveness in Exposing Financial Malfeasance in Kano. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 312 administrators. Findings reveal that whistleblower rewards attract credible tip-offs The study recommends merit-based recruitment and transparent performance appraisal
