This study assesses bank Verification Number Enforcement and Account Integrity in Abuja. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 278 operators. Findings reveal that BVN checks have reduced duplicate accounts substantially The study recommends improved complaint resolution and customer feedback mechanisms
