This study assesses customers' Perceptions of Quick Teller and Pop Payment Services in Kano. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 312 bank staff. Findings reveal that queue relief is the main driver of quick teller patronage The study recommends strengthening of credit assessment systems for microfinance loan portfolios
