This project designs and implements design and Implementation of a Borehole Servicing Customer System for water servicing firms. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for customer units, service contracts, fault visits and spare parts billing. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
