This study investigates determination of Vitamin C Content in Citrus Fruits Under Different Storage Conditions. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 189 consumers in Lagos State. Findings reveal that vitamin C declines rapidly at room temperature but is preserved under refrigeration The study recommends public enlightenment on safe handling and use of chemical products
