This project designs and implements development of a Community Feedback and Complaint Resolution Portal for public affairs offices. The system was developed using PHP, MySQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript. It provides modules for complaint intake, workflow routing, resolutions and follow-ups. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
