This project designs and implements development of a Service Level Agreement Dashboard and Breach Logger for service management offices. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for sla targets, performance metrics, breach logs and escalations. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
