This project designs and implements development of a Citizen Service Request Tracking Portal for government service centres. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Bootstrap, JavaScript. It provides modules for service catalogues, request tracking, sla timers and satisfaction. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
