This project designs and implements development of a Change Request Impact and Rollback Planner for change management boards. The system was developed using Node.js, Express, MongoDB, EJS, JavaScript. It provides modules for change requests, impact ratings, approval workflows and rollback plans. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
