This project designs and implements development of a DSTV Installer Dispatch Management System for installation companies. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for installer roster, job assignment, completion photos and customer ratings. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
