Development of a Waste Collection Billing System

This project designs and implements development of a Waste Collection Billing System for waste managers in Oyo State. The system was developed using Python, Django, SQLite, Chart.js, Bootstrap. It provides modules for household enumeration, monthly billing, collector routes and payment tracking. Testing shows the system improves record keeping, reduces paperwork and supports timely decisions.
