This study examines electronic Banking Adoption and Customer Satisfaction in Deposit Money Banks in Onitsha. The research adopted a survey design, collecting data from 271 customers. Findings reveal that USSD and mobile channels dominate transactions while branch traffic declines The study recommends expansion of digital banking channels and agent networks
