This study assesses improvisation of Biology Teaching Aids by Teachers in public secondary schools in Lokoja. A descriptive survey design was employed and data were gathered from 148 students in public secondary schools in Lokoja. Findings reveal that improvising teachers sustain practical lessons through shortages The study recommends provision of adequate laboratories and teaching materials to schools
