This study investigates naming Practices and Identity Among Nigerian Youths. Using a survey research design, data were collected from 189 youths in Oyo State. Findings reveal that youths increasingly prefer English names for social mobility while keeping native names officially The study recommends training and retraining of English teachers in modern methods
